A message from Kaitlin:
I work with people to help them highlight and build on their strengths and focus on what is truly important to them. I can work with you to help when you are dealing with overwhelm, difficult change, worry, sadness, past hurts, family and relationship problems, and other hard things.
I have two very important goals as a counselor. One is to be present, connected, and understand what you’re going through and hold space for you. The other is to empower you so that you can deal with the problems you have now and feel confident dealing with whatever life throws at you in the future.
