Chelsea is currently enrolled at Minnesota State University in Moorhead for her Master’s in Counseling. Chelsea is a trauma-informed therapist that counsels from a place of compassion and gentleness. She works with individuals ages 8 and up and has a unique focus on helping women find their voice as they navigate difficult life circumstances. Her areas of interest are: depression, anxiety, divorce recovery, attachment disorders, trauma, & abuse recovery. She also has experience working with individuals with autism. 

Chelsea is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), utilizes a Person-Centered approach and also draws from Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy.
